I wanted to express my gratitude to the Simi Valley Dental Group and orthodontics I would like to thank all of the wonderful staff members, for being kind and patient with me during today’s visit including past visits. It was certainly not an experience, I wanted to go through today. That dreaded Root canal procedure ( 🦷 ) I’m sure all the staff up front and behind the scenes, could see and feel my anticipation including my nervous expression on my face, however they all continued to be very positive with me, as they always have done in the past. The reinsurance was a positive feeling, indicating there caring and thoughtful understanding of how, I was feeling today. The Staff at the Simi Valley Dental Group and orthodontics, like most medical and dental facilities are continuously challenged with all sorts of demeanors and demands, from minor to major and unfortunately. I was one of them (minor). Answering a few billing questions and helping me understand the possibility of my billing costs, which turn out extremely less than I had anticipated . I would certainly recommend The Simi Valley Dental Group and Orthodontics located in Simi Valley, off of sycamore and Cochran st. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The procedure itself was simply painless and simple, I would like to add beside ALL of the FRONT office STAFF being very humble and professional with a brilliant positive attitude, The professional staff : ELENA GOGILTAN-WAXLER DDS I thank you for being professional and thoughtful, kind and always reminding me to get back in for requires services. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ RAMIN KHALILI ENDODONTIST You are professional, kind and extremely confident. Your staff who assisted where also professional and extremely patient with me, I’m grateful for that. Your personal quote ; "There have been many occasions in which my patients have been surprised at the end of the treatment for feeling no pain throughout the treatment." "I will try to be as gentle as possible with the shots. After that, I allow about ten minutes before I start the treatment. The majority of my patients feel no pain or discomfort throughout the treatment. Maintenance appointment with my dental hygienist Michelle Kock went really well. She answered all my questions and concerns fully and respectfully. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a hygienist. Plus front desk staff at simi valley dental group has always been very nice and helpful as well.
